In this article I will show you how to add a nickname to your Facebook profile.
If you are called by a nickname by your friends and want to use that on your Facebook profile too, you can add a nickname and it will be showing next to your real name.
Just follow these steps:
- Open up Facebook app and login to your Facebook profile.
- Tap on the “Menu” icon at the bottom right corner.
- Now proceed by going to settings by clicking on the “Gear” icon at the top right.
- Scroll down and tap on “Profile details”.
- Scroll down again and tap on “Add other name”.
- Now just enter your nickname in the name section and check the empty box next to “Show at top of profile.
- Tap on “Save”. That’s it.
