3. Select “Reel”.

5. Tap on “Next” at the bottom right corner.
6. Tap on “Next” at the top right corner.
7. Now tap on “Effect” icon at the top.
8. Here just choose the effect you want to use on this video.
9. Then proceed by publishing your Reels video. That’s it.
