Quick replies is a great feature to use to avoid typing in the same response over and over again. Especially this feature is very convenient if you run a business Instagram account and have to reply with the same message to several users.
Just follow these steps:
- Open Instagram app and login to your Instagram profile.
- Tap on the menu icon at the top-right corner of your screen.
- Go to “Settings and privacy”.
- Go to “Business tools and controls”.
- Tap on “Saved reply”.
- Press on the “Plus” icon at the top right corner.
- Type in the text in the shortcut section.
- Now type in the message.
- Proceed by tapping on “Save” at the top right corner.
That’s it! You have successfully saved your quick reply.
