In this article I will show you how to leave a group chat on Instagram direct messages.
Would you like to leave an Instagram group chat so you wouldn’t get the message notifications anymore from that chat? You can easily do it.
Follow these steps:
- Open Instagram app and login to your Instagram profile.
- Tap on the “Home” icon at the bottom left corner.
- Proceed to direct message section by tapping the icon at the top right corner.
- Open up the group chat which you would like to leave.
- Tap on your group chat name at the top.
- Tap on “Leave” at the top right corner.
- Select “Leave” again from this popup menu.
