In this article I will show you how to tag someone in your Instagram post.
If you just took a picture with your friend and he is using Instagram too, then you can tag your friends that appeared in that image. By doing this your post will receive more organic reach and engagement.
Just follow these steps:
- Open Instagram app on your phone and login to your profile.
- Tap on the “Plus” icon at the top right corner of your screen.
- Select “Post”.
- Now select the image which you would like to upload on your Instagram feed.
- Tap on “Next” at the top right corner.
- After you are finished writing description, tap on “Tag people”.
- Now type in your friend’s name in the search box and tap on it. As you can see this user has been tagged on my post.
- Click on “Done” at the top right.
- Now just click on “Share” to share your post. That’s how it’s done.
