In this article I will show you how to turn off comments on your Facebook profile picture.
Facebook doesn’t allow to directly turn off comments on your Facebook profile picture. However, there is a little trick that can disable commenting feature under your profile picture.
Follow these steps:
- Open Facebook app and login to your Facebook profile.
- Tap on your profile picture and click “See profile picture”.
- Click on 3-dots icon at the top right corner of your screen.
- Select “Edit privacy” from this menu.
- Select “Only me” and now no one will be able to comment under your profile picture.
You have set profile picture privacy to be visible only to you and now others will not be able to comment on it. It means that people won’t see it as a post, but they will still be able to view your profile picture.
